Qualification

Must have:

  • Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management or its equivalent from recognized institution.
  • KCSE or its equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Computer Literate

Key responsibilities also include

Reporting to: Store Supervisor

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive and issue stores supplies
  • Stock verification
  • Supervise store attendants/clerks
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Unpack, label, and store incoming goods in designated locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and transactions using inventory management software.
  • Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to Campuses and ODEL Centres
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
