Qualification

Education, Skills and Experience

Must have:

• Diploma in ICT/Computer Science or any other related field from a recognized academic institution.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar position

Key responsibilities also include

Reporting to: Campus Registrar, Administration, Finance & Marketing, MSA Campus & Principal Technology Officer

Duties and responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for ICT support in the campus.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, WiFi AP and related ICT equipment.
• Provide user support on university systems including UniRP, vLMS, email, OES etc.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and basic network connectivity problems.
• Support ICT operations in teaching, learning, and administrative environments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of ICT equipment and consumables in the campus.
• Ensure adherence to ICT security policies and report any breaches or system misuse.
• Document support activities and generate periodic user support reports.
• Collaborate with other ICT units to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
